Before completing this application form, please read the program Support Scheme guidelines provided. These guidelines contain the background to the reimbursement, including the eligibility criteria and other important information that will inform this online application.   

Reimbursements only apply for bobby calves slaughtered at TQM between 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
